With your vision in mind and every detail documented, we begin crafting your custom itinerary — a seamless blend of unforgettable experiences with a balance of relaxation, rejuvenation & inspiration.

This phase is highly personalized and time-intensive, and as such, comes with a planning fee. Should you choose not to move forward with our full-service retreat, the thoughtfully curated itinerary is still yours to enjoy, explore, and bring to life on your own terms.

Once approved, we’ll begin bringing your retreat to life — confirming every detail and curating a seamless experience from start to finish.

You’ll receive a beautifully organized itinerary that includes your daily schedule, hotel and flight details, and all confirmed reservations — from immersive activities to hand-picked dining experiences.
